  • What Is The Best Way To Slow Aging?

    I take care of my body like a temple.
    I run one hour every two days.
    I drink plenty of water.
    I exercise the days I’m not running
    I meditate
    I do yoga
    I try to get plenty of sleep
    I eat breakfast and three meals a day
    Any other suggestions as to what I could do to slow down aging?

    • The worst thing you can do is smoke cigs. & drink more then 1 alchoholic drink per day, but from the sounds of it you don’t do eithere of these’s anyway.
      The only thing I see missing is body detox, colon cleansing and meditation to releve stress. Stress kills more people then they will admit to.

      every 7 days we all age one week
      every 52 weeks we all age one year
      There is nothing you can do to stop aging, just enjoy life so that when you are really old you can look back at all the great times you have had and not just have memories of meditating and jogging around a park. You are never going to be any younger than you are today. enjoy yourself!
