Nope
Ageing is a beautiful thing
It is existence as it’s finest
When you accept that there is no meaning to life without death
Then you can accept the tolls life takes on you
Emotionally, and physically
The silly thing is that people have no problem accepting the wisdom they get with age. The mental toll time takes on you. But all of a sudden when it comes to the physical toll, people break down! They spend soo much money and wasted effort trying to reverse it! And why is that?! Existence is mental, physical, and spiritual. And part of our existence is that the physical does not last forever. That is the beautiful part of life. -

aging is inevitable. try to stay as healthy as you can while you get older. you’ve probably heard it before, but exercising and a healty diet are really the most important helpful things you have to do to stay healthy. Running, weight-lifting, swimming, going to a gym are all good options, also just staying active in general. For food, try not to have too many processed carbs, and the right fats are actually essential for healthy body functioning; fats like omega 3’s in fish and flax oil, and mono/poly unsaturated fats like in olive oil and nuts.
And don’t forget to exercise your mind too. Crosswords, SUDOKU, logic puzzles, reading the newspaper, non-fiction and fiction books, and magazines like time, watching doucumentaries, all help exercise your brain. Here’s a website with some fun interactive brain-exercisig games: http://www.queendom.com/tests/testscontr…
use the image of your body in the mirror as motivation instead of a source of unhappiness. Look at yourself and see what you can improve on instead of becoming sad and upset about the way things currently are.

Nope -I’m 17, though, so not yet anyway. lol my guess is though, you’re not looking half as hold as YOU think you look. -People are always more critical of themselves than anyone else -My mom for one thing gets discouraged VERY easily, but the other day someone kept telling me she does not look her age at all, -that made her day -And I’m sure people that look at you think you look much younger than you think you look. Don’t be so worried:) teenage girls feel the same way about their weight and physical appearence -I have days like that for one thing, and so do my my friends, if you’re really depressed about there’s tons of aging creams you can use, but like I said, you probably don’t look half as hold as you think you do.

Oh hell ya! Im just over 30 and im 21 in my head still as far as living it up goes. I look great, probably better shape than I have ever been in my life, however I am getting older and I can see it. I cry at times but do this: Make a list, serious on paper, of everything that you have achieved in your life thus far. Things like education, job, marrage, kids, friends, wisdom, self respect, helping others- be lengthy in your description. Look it over. Now compare that to when you were younger. The older you get it is your quality achievements that outshine your beauty. These make you more beautiful every day.
Ya ya bla bla bla I know..
For the shallow physical side- go join a gym and take some group classes, get a new haircut, buy a new outfit, get a little botox- small changes will make you feel much better. Thats what I plan to do when the list doesnt work anymore! -

Once or twice when I’ve been a tiny bit drunk I’ve look in the mirror and seen my mother looking back at me, that is frightening and I feel sad that I’m getting old but look at the alternative eh, 6ft under, no thanks

aw, feel better! remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. love you for you! please dont be depressed

i think that when a person acts that way, it makes them very unattractive, when you have no confidence in yourself its worst.. i think that ever person is beautiful in there own way.. you shouldn’t feel that way..

never…i embrace the changes in the life…not make myself miserable by focusing on that which is impossible to change…how sad, that at this age, you still haven’t accepted yourself

Why be depressed? Just move on with your life and know you will always be who you are and who cares what anyone else thinks.

Do what I do. Look at your aging body and thank God that you are alive and healthy and not so concerned with the notions of vanity.
